Simon has worked as a senior sound engineer for 20 years and for the last 10 years has been production manager at a number of large venues across London. His experience has also led him into festival work where he has been technical manager at a stage in Glastonbury for 10 years.

Simon is completely used to the exacting  demands and  production standards of high value clients, having worked with a stream of well known clients including Queens Lawn Tennis Club, Selfridges, and the House Group (Soho house et al).

In the music industry Simon has worked with household names such as Ed Sheeran and Beverly Knight as well as club legends such as Masters at Work, always delivering technical excellence with a friendly ‘can do’ approach.

In his early 20’s Dean founded a design agency. As project manager, he  developed new clients and oversaw project delivery. He won contracts to produce official interactive products for Manchester United, Chelsea & other blue chip clients. His ability to always deliver demanding projects with cutting edge technology earned him an excellent reputation as a project manager in the development industry.

Head hunted by The Code Monkeys as lead producer, Dean managed end-to-end title development for major brands such as The Simpsons. During this time he was responsible for trade shows and stands at events such as E3 for 20th Century Fox, Sony  America and Electronic Arts. His experience of managing large multi-disciplinary projects is invaluable to Trace AV.

Chris  is a communications expert and has been a Director in Spain for 30 years., working with both private and public sectors, to develop their communications strategy and training regimes.
